The Hollywood Spectra is a Q-switched laser developed by Lutronic, with two wavelengths: 1064nm and 532nm. ReWind uses it for uneven tone, sun damage, melasma, enlarged pores and rough texture, adjusting the mode to the concern.
Its signature treatment is the Hollywood Laser Peel. A thin carbon lotion goes on, then the laser heats and lifts it away, exfoliating the surface and tightening the look of pores. Skin looks brighter straight afterward, which is why patients often book it before an event.
Injectables at ReWind are done by Maddison Murray, MSN, who is board certified in family practice, and by founder Rita Long, CRNA. Botox and Dysport relax the muscles behind forehead lines, frown lines and crow’s feet. Dermal fillers such as Juvederm, Restylane and Skinvive add volume or hydration to the lips, cheeks and jawline right away. Sculptra works more slowly, prompting your own collagen over several weeks, and results can last up to two years.
Rita Long has worked in medicine since 1984. She spent 14 years as a flight nurse, became a certified registered nurse anesthetist (CRNA) in 2005 and moved her focus to aesthetics in 2018. She lives in the Westhaven community with her spouse, and Cindy Kilpatrick lives in the neighborhood too.
