Rita Long

With a career in the medical field since 1984, I bring decades of diverse experience and dedication to patient care.  I served as a flight nurse 14 years before obtaining my CRNA certification in 2005. Since 2018, I’ve focused my expertise on aesthetics, combining advanced clinical skills with a passion for helping clients look and feel their best. I live in the Westhaven community of Franklin, Tn, with my spouse and I’m proud to be a parent to three children and a grandparent to eight.  My mission is to stay on the cutting edge of evolving technologies in wellness and aesthetics, empowering clients to enhance their confidence and overall well-being.

Hannah Cook

I have over 25 years of experience in medical office management and as a chiropractic assistant. Throughout my career, I’ve used my knowledge and skills to create a welcoming, organized environment that enhances every patient interaction and supports overall satisfaction.
My passion for helping people look and feel their best shines through in every appointment. Whether I’m assisting behind the scenes or engaging directly with patients, I’m dedicated to making sure each person feels cared for, understood, and supported on their wellness journey.

Cindy Kilpatrick

I combine my background in aesthetics and nursing to provide top-tier skincare treatments tailored to each client’s unique needs. I specialize in chemical peels, microneedling, customized facials, laser facials, and Hydrafacials, with a strong commitment to helping clients achieve the results they’re looking for. I’ve been a medical aesthetician since 2002 and became a nurse in 2010. My experience includes working as a surgical nurse in plastic surgery, which deepened my understanding of skin health and rejuvenation from both a clinical and aesthetic perspective. In 2020, when my husband and I moved to Westhaven, I felt called to return to my roots in aesthetics. Now, I’m proud to offer advanced skincare services that combine my medical knowledge with a passion for beauty and wellness.

Michele Holt

I have over 20 years experience in pediatrics as a BSN RN. I earned my nursing degree from the University of South Alabama and have built a diverse and impactful career. Currently specializing in aesthetics and hormone replacement therapy, I have performed over 40,000 insertions, combining technical expertise with a strong commitment to client well-being. Passionate about education and boosting clients’ self-assurance, I strive to empower others through knowledge and personalized care.  Originally from Alabama, I live in Franklin Tn and am the proud mother of twin adult daughters.

Caroline Campbell

I am a medical aesthetician based in Nashville, Tennessee, with over 3 years of experience in the aesthetics industry and a proud graduate of the Aveda Institute. I offer a range of services including HydraFacials, microneedling, dermaplaning, chemical peels, eyelash lifts and tints, eyebrow laminations, and more.
Having personally struggled with cystic acne, I’ve learned how to manage it through professional treatments, lifestyle changes, and a consistent skincare routine. That experience fuels my passion for helping others overcome their own skin challenges and feel confident in their skin.

I’m dedicated to creating personalized experiences that blend skincare, beauty, and wellness to help my clients look and feel their best. When I’m not in the treatment room, you can find me working out, traveling, spending time with loved ones, or sharing skincare tips on Instagram at @carolinetheaesthetician.

Maddison Murray

I’m originally from Franklin, Tennessee, and I’m Board Certified in Family Practice. I earned my B.S. in Kinesiology from the University of Tennessee at Knoxville in 2016, then went on to complete both my BSN and MSN in Nursing at the University of Alabama at Birmingham. I began my nursing career in the Trauma/Burn Step-down Unit and eventually transitioned to the Trauma/Burn Intensive Care Unit at UAB Hospital, where I gained a strong foundation in critical care.

I’ve always had a deep passion for serving others. My time at the bedside inspired me to take a more proactive approach to healthcare—one that focuses on prevention, whole-body wellness, and long-term vitality. That passion for proactive care eventually led me to discover my love for medical aesthetics. I don’t see aesthetics as just enhancing outer beauty—it’s a powerful way to help people feel more confident, empowered, and aligned with their best selves.

Victoria Onisa

With nearly a decade of experience in the Allergy field, I bring both heart and knowledge to my role. Dedicated to serving others, I work diligently to ensure patients and their families feel supported every step of the way. My attention to detail, organization, and steady presence ensures that daily operations flow efficiently, allowing the clinical team to focus on patient care. While much of my work happens behind the scenes, my commitment to compassionate administrative support, helping people breathe easier, and live healthier lives is at the center of all I do.

I live in Franklin with my incredible husband, Ben, our adorable son, Benny, and two energetic goldendoodles.

Amy Kramer

I am the newest addition to the Rewind team and primarly work in the allergy clinic, facilitating patient consults, allergy testing, and allergy injections. I am a Registered Nurse with 32 years of experience, with a strong clinical background in cardiac and critical care. Over the last several years, I has shifted my focus toward holistic functional medicine and am passionate about helping patients optimize wellness, vitality, and longevity.
