Rita Mayberry

In 2005 Rita Mayberry received a Masters in Nursing with a focus in Anesthesia for Webster University. She is certified in Advanced Cardiac Life support. Pediatric Life Support, Basic Life Support. With a passion for promoting individual self-worth Rita has made it her mission to keep up with changing technology, offering the most advanced services and listening to her clients on how to improve their sense of overall well-being.Rita is proud of her team at ReWind Medical Solutions and confident in their superior ability to provide unparalleled excellence.

Angela Scott

Angela Scott is our Practice Manager here at ReWind Medical Solutions. She is a Licensed Registered Nurse studying to become an Advanced Practice Registered Nurse at the University of Alabama in Huntsville. A native of Summertown, TN, she received a Bachelor’s Degree in Nursing from Martin Methodist College in Pulaski, TN. She graduated as a Certified Nurse Injector and Laser Technician from National Laser Institute in Scottsdale, AZ. At ReWind Medical Solutions, she performs an array of services including laser hair removal, skin resurfacing, neurotoxins, dermal fillers, IV hydration, microneedling with PRP, and much more.

Angel Reeves

My name is Angel Reeves. I am a Registered Nurse and Nurse Practitioner at ReWind Medical Solutions. I am a graduate of Vanderbilt University, and currently live in Watertown, TN. I have been practicing aesthetics for 3 years now. I love being and aesthetic nurse because it allows me to help people feel more confident in their own skin and address their concerns about how they look and feel on the outside in. I am passionate about educating my patients and providing them with the best information to make the best decisions about their treatment plans and realistic expectations. Outside of the office, I enjoy spending time with my husband, children, and grandchildren. I love being outdoors, exercising, and spending time with family and friends. 

Hannah Cook

Guest Relations

Hannah has 25 plus years in the medical industry as office support and as a chiropractic assistant. Hannah graduated from Northeast Louisiana University. She and her husband moved to Nashville to pursue his music career. They are raising their 2 sons in the Pegram community. Hannah is passionate about helping people become a healthier version of themselves and looking their best while enjoying life to the fullest.

Cindy Kilpatrick

Licensed Medical Esthetician & Licensed Practical Nurse

Cindy is a Licensed Medical Esthetician and Licensed Practical Nurse. She graduated from Tennessee Technology Center as an Esthetician in 2000 and an LPN in 2010. She has worked in the field of plastic surgery for the past 12 years. Over the past 12 years, she has filled in as an aesthetician and continued her education to stay up to date on the evolution of the aesthetic industry. She wants to make ReWind Medical Solutions her home and focus on making clients feel better about themselves. Cindy specializes in medical grade chemical peels, dermaplaning, customized facials, SkinWave Hydrafacials, Microneedling, and more! She is a resident of the Westhaven Community here in Franklin, TN, and loves being involved within her community.
